Presse releases and Press Kits

  • Editorial Methodology
    • After the precise consideration of customer demands on their product or service, and after a clear analysis of the objectives, the editorial team - budget manager + specialized writer - proceeds to the writing of a draft. Specific consultants are in charge of interviewing the head of a company or any other individual who must be highlighted.

      A rough draft is then submitted to the client. If the content or the essence is not appropriate, a second editorial team reacts immediately and presents another approach. Our collaborators work in close relation with the client and takes into account the corrections, while keeping a precise observation on manufacturing deadlines.
  • Iconography
    • We advise our customers to decorate every press release or press kit with one or more illustrations, in the form of high definition colors Ektas or band strips. Our very powerful photographic laboratory is able to respond as soon as possible. For specialized press, our agency is capable of engraving digital images onto CD-ROM.
 
  • Validation of the texts
    • If there are multiple participants, we coordinate the expectations and requirements of each one of them; the ideal situation, however, is to have a single representative.
  • Packaging file
    • Our agency has several creative people working together with a budget manager. We take great care in creating tools of communication, as well as combining the form, the visual tone, the choice of the colors and text formation.

      After a brief written request by the client, our creative studios propose several models that the budget manager and the client jointly study.

      At this stage of an assignment, our creative team, under the supervision of a budget manager, the principal organizer, is constantly aware of the printers deadlines.
  • File
    • Two databases, updated daily, enables us to create a specific and detailed file for each press document, depending on the message that needs to be sent out.
 
  • Forwarding
    • All mail receives sufficient postage before exiting the agency and is handed over, twice daily, into the safe hands of the mail service.

      Our personal couriers (motor bike, car or truck) respond within an hour upon request of our journalists, anxious to meet their deadlines.

      Moreover, our software application allows the automatic transmissions of faxes and the sending of e-mail instantaneously, thus allowing us to be very reactive and operational.
  • Follow-up
    • One week after mail expedition, a team of press attachés, directed by a budget manager, carries out a systematic and personalized follow up to designated journalists.
      We also privilege presentations in editorial offices or at the agency for distinguished press groups. We also organize, twice per annum, a tour of the regional editorial offices.

      The daily transfer of the newspaper cuttings is carried out by scanning and transmission of data by e-mails or faxes to the client. In the event of an extensive assignment, a press-book in paper format is presented monthly. In the event of a brief assignment, the press-book in paper format is given at the end of the assignment.

      Our press monitoring service providers can carry out, with precise criteria and advice, a quantitative and/or qualitative analysisof obtained press repercussions.
      These analyses, epitomize the acquisition of information needed for the future of communication.

 



Events

  • Logistic
    • Our agency has a particular database of special events, not only in Paris and its surrounding areas, but also in the province and other European countries.

      Our special event team (budget manager + a specialist in special event) selects two or three events, corresponding to the first criteria of selection :
      - availability at selected dates,
      - capacity of reception,
      - style of the event in adequacy of a selected topic.

      These pre-selected events are subjected to client approval. The place must be reserved for a fixed date, one month prior to the presentation.
  • Scenography
    • Our special event team then coordinates the development and decoration settings of the event: preparation, decoration, delicatessen (breakfasts, cocktails, desserts, dinners...), signaling, animation, sound ,lighting, etc.
 
  • File
    • In addition to an extensive list of journalists, our agency has a VIP listing. Sending invitations is followed by telephone, fax and e-mail follow ups and daily updates of guests responses.
  • Reception
    • We have devised a reception in two parts: three hostesses for guest reception (and cloakroom), and the agency's budget manager and two press attachés introduce journalists and clients.
  • Interview
    • We generally use these festive events to organize private meetings between clients and journalists.
  • Follow-up - press-book
    • Following the press conference, journalists who were unable to attend, will systematically receive the press kits given at the end of the event.

      A systematic follow up makes it possible to evaluate the degree of satisfaction of journalists to supplement information.
